1 Gallon Milk
1 lb Butter
1 3/4 Cups Flour
6 Chicken Bouillon
1/2 lb White American Cheese, Grated
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Warm Milk and add bouillon Cubes. In a different pan melt butter, Sift in flour and cook until mixture is thick like oatmeal. Add milk slowly and cook until thick. Take off heat and add Cheeses and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. This recipe freezes well. I divide into freezer bags putting 2 cups into each.
In this case the whole recipe makes 32 servings so I will divide between families and serve with Fettucini noodles, Grilled Chicken, Brocolli and French Bread!! ENJOY..

Brooke's Tuesday Dinner! Taco Soup..
1 lb. Hamburger
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can Corn
1 Qt. Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Tomatoe Soup
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
Brown hamburger and onion then add the rest of the ingredients without draining juices.
Simmer until hot. Top Soup with; Crushed tortilla Chips, Cheese, and Sour Cream. Yummy!!!

1/2 c. boned, skinned & julienned chicken breasts (4 ounces)
2 1/2 tsp Emerils creole seasoning

1/2 pound fettucini noodles

1 lb. Extra lean beef
1 lb. ground turkey with sage
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c, Heinz 57
s&p garlic salt and onion
cook @ 350 for 1 hr.

2 to 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
1-4 oz cans green chillies
1 1/2 tsp taco seasonings
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 lb grated Colby jack cheese or cheddar whatever you prefer
1-10 count flour tortillas (wheat) if you prefer.
Mix soup sour cream onions and chili's and seasonings in bowl. In seperate bowl mix 1/3 sauce mixture with diced chicken. divide chicken mixture evenly between tortillas and add cheese. Roll up place in caserole dish seam side down. Top with sauce and cheese bake @ 300 for 45 min.
