Brooke's Fettucini Alfredo Sauce!! Tuesday Dinner...

1 Gallon Milk
1 lb Butter
1 3/4 Cups Flour
6 Chicken Bouillon
1/2 lb White American Cheese, Grated
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Warm Milk and add bouillon Cubes. In a different pan melt butter, Sift in flour and cook until mixture is thick like oatmeal. Add milk slowly and cook until thick. Take off heat and add Cheeses and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. This recipe freezes well. I divide into freezer bags putting 2 cups into each.

In this case the whole recipe makes 32 servings so I will divide between families and serve with Fettucini noodles, Grilled Chicken, Brocolli and French Bread!! ENJOY..
